- **Step 2:** The price is currently at $29,800, near the lower end of the Value Area. You decide to place a long order, expecting the price to revert to the POC at $30,000.
- **Step 3:** Set a stop-loss just below the Value Area at $29,400 to manage risk.
- **Step 4:** If the price reaches the POC, you can take profit or adjust your position based on market conditions.
- **Use Stop-Loss Orders:** Always set a stop-loss to limit potential losses.
- **Position Sizing:** Only risk a small percentage of your trading capital on each trade (e.g., 1-2%).
- **Avoid Overtrading:** Stick to your trading plan and avoid emotional decisions.
